Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer: IR-804 Non-Silicon Stabilizer for Peroxide Bleaching
This product is a new type of non-silicon stabilizer for peroxide bleaching with high temperature and alkali resistance. It is composed of multi-phosphates and alkali earth metals, and mainly used in the peroxide bleaching pretreatment for cotton and blend textiles. For synthetic cotton and polyester cotton, it is also usable.

It can effectively and other heavy metal ions, thus preventing the fiber injury and hole during peroxide bleaching process. This product is suitable for alkali-peroxide one bath process, two bath process, cold pad-bath process and traditional peroxide bleaching. It is an ideal stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide.

It is used in the peroxide bleaching pretreatment for cotton, synthetic cotton, polyester cotton and the blend textiles. It can effectively chelate Fe, Cu and other heavy metal ions, thus prevent fiber injury and hole in peroxide bleaching process.

Soaping Agent: IR-803 Foamless Soap Agent
This product is a copolymer of c acid, acrylic acid, sulfonic acid, and other strong dispersing groups. It can be widely used as soaping agent in pure cotton and blend fabrics to replace traditional soaping process. It can be used in the after-treatment soaping process in the dyeing process, improving flooding removal velocity and effects. This product is used in dyeing and soaping process after printing fiber, synthetic fiber and blend textile, and can effectively remove the flooding, improve color brightness and prevent second contamination from the dropped dye in previous soap process.

Soaping Agent: AA/AMPS
AA/AMPS is colorless or light yellow viscous liquid; anion; soluble in water; stable in acid, alkali and non-ion environment; and has high-temperature resistance and good dispersion properties for zinc ion. AA/AMPS has good dispersion properties for the ferric ion. It can be used as the dispersant in dyeing auxiliaries for textile.

Soaping Agent: Polyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt
This product is colorless or light yellow viscous liquid, anion, soluble in water, stable in acid, alkali and non-ion environment, and has high-temperature resistance. This product has good properties of complex and dispersion. It can be used to chelate metal ions and improve water quality, remove suspend scale and fouling in operating fluid and prevent second contamination. It can stabilize the system of peroxide bleaching. It can also be used in the soaping process of reactive dye and printing, to prevent cracking, improve product quality and lower foaming.

Leveling Agent: IR-807 Leveling Agent
This product is a leveling agent for cotton fabric. It is easily soluble in cold and hot water to form a transparent and foamless solution. It is used as an anti-migrating agent in process of continuous pad dyeing, thermasol dyeing and pigment dyeing for disperse dye, reactive dye, vat dye. It can prevent chromatic aberration from dye migration in the thermasol dyeing process.

This product is convenient to use, no contamination to a roller, no bad influence to color brightness. It can save dye and improve the leveling properties. It can chelate alkali earth metals ions in the textile electrolyte, and avoid their bad influence on dye leveling.

Leveling Agent: Benzalkonium Chloride
This product is also called leveling agent TAN, or retarding agent. It is a quaternary cationic surfactant with good stability and good heat, bright and pressure resistance; no volatile; and has long storage duration. It can be used as a fabric softening agent and antistatic agent. It can swell the fabric, has an antistatic effect, and can be used as pretreatment antistatic agent in synthetic fiber industry.

It also has biocidal and mildew inhibition effect, ensuring the safe storage of fabrics. When used as leveling agent of cationic nitrilon fiber, it can compete with the cationic dye, and can be absorbed by fiber temporarily, in the next boiling dyeing process, Benzalkonium Chloride is separated from fabric, thus solving the fast dyeing properties of cationic dyes to fibers.

Mildew Preventive: IR-400A Mildew Inhibitor for Auxiliary
This product owns the biocidal effect by its ability to break the protein bond in mildew bodies. It has strong inhibition and biocidal effect for the ordinary microbe, mildew, etc. This product is used for mildew inhibitor in dyeing and printing auxiliary. In a nearly neutral pH value, and especially in summer, mildew is easily propagated in dyeing and printing chemicals. Addition of this product can effectively inhibit mildew propagation. The dosage of 3-5g/L is preferred.

Chelating Agent: IR-540 Chelating Dispersant (Type I and II)
This product is a multifunction organic complex. It can soften water, thus being used as chelating agent in scouring and bleaching process, as leveling agent and dispersant in reactive, direct and vat dyes. As scouring auxiliary: it can disperse scale and fouling, chelate Ca and Mg ions in scouring fluid, help to remove pectin and prevent the deposits of Ca and Mg scales on textile surface, thus improving fiber hygroscopicity and capillary effect.

As bleaching auxiliary: This product can effectively improve the chelating ability of the bleach liquor for Ca, Mg, Fe, and Cu, prevent textile strength falling and hole yielding and improve fiber white degree. This product can effectively block metal ions, indirectly control the degradation velocity of hydrogen peroxide. As for dyeing auxiliary: IR-540 can effectively chelate Ca and Mg ions in complex dyeing liquid. It has good dispersion ability for dye and coating, thus preventing dye deposit and improving color brightness and dyeing depth.

Chelating Agent: High Efficient Chelating Powder
This product can be especially used as detergents in electronic industries and additives in daily chemicals. It has good alkali resistance, thus can be used as metal chelating agent and stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide in dyeing and printing auxiliaries for textile. This product can be used as chelating agent and stabilizer for peroxide bleaching in dyeing and printing auxiliaries for textile, as the chelating agent in the non-electroplating industry and as soften agent for circulating water and boiler. When used, it can be diluted by water or used together with other agents. The dosage should be determined by experiment.

Chelating Agent: No-phosphorus Chelating Dispersant
This product has the good chelating power, strong dispersion ability and good resistance to acid, alkaline and oxidants. It is well compatible to the routine auxiliaries in pretreatment and dying process and will not influence the color and fiber whiteness. This product is an environment-friendly product, which is used in the processes of desizing, scouring, bleaching, dying.

In order to prevent the Ca, Mg salts to deposit on the fabrics, chelate Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu ions, prevent the decrease in fabric strength and the appearance of holes, increase the whiteness significantly, prevent dye from depositing, enhance the brightness and depth of color. When this product is added during soaping, color contamination can be prevented.

Penetrant: Di-Secondary Sodium Sulfosuccinate
This product is an anionic surfactant. It has properties of rapid penetration, homogeneity, wetting, emulsification and better frothing. It is intolerant with a strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metals and tant. This product can penetrate rapidly and homogeneously, and has a good effect at a temperature lower than 40℃ and pH 5-10. The treated fabric is resistant to high temperature and acidic-alkaline condition change. It is widely used in textile&dyeing, pesticide emulsification, tanning and mineral separation.

Black Liquor Corrosion Inhibitor: Corrosion Inhibitor for Black Liquor Evaporimeter
This product is built by surfactants, dispersants, viscosity reducer etc. When being added into black liquor, its viscosity reducer will suspend the silicon, oxalate, carbohydrates etc in black liquor by removing their activity through reactions. The surfactants and dispersants will disperse the scale ions like Ca, Mg, Si etc and reduce their precipitability, thus making it difficult to precipitating and attaching on evaporimeter surface.
