AA/HPA, Acrylic Acid-hydroxypropyl Acrylate Copolymer

Properties:

Dispersant IR-225 is a copolymer of polyacrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate. AA/HPA copolymer has good scale inhibition and dispersion properties to calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate. In addition, AA/HPA has good dispersion properties in ferric oxide sludge, clay, and grease.

AA/HPA copolymer (IR-225) can be used under a high pH situation. It has good compatibility with other organophosphines and BTA. Dispersant IR-225 can effectively withhold sediments of zinc salt and calcium phosphate. AA/HPA copolymer has good scale inhibition and dispersion properties under high temperature and alkaline situations.

Usage:

AA/HPA copolymer (IR-225) can be used in circulating cool water systems in alkaline and excess phosphate. In addition, AA/HPA can be used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant for a heater, none-column evaporator boiler, circulating cool water, and oilfield dirty refilling water with a high calcium content.

The dosage of 10~30 mg/L is preferred. Dispersant IR-225 can be built with organophosphines to form a full organic alkaline formula.

Packing and storage:

Generally in a 200 kg net plastic drum, the IBC drum can also be used as required.
