IR-1100 General Purpose Acrylic Homopolymer Scale Inhibitor

Properties:

IR-1100 acrylic homopolymer general-purpose scale inhibitor is the homopolymer of low molecular polyacrylic acid and its salts. Therefore, it can be phosphate-free in situations of low or no phosphate content. In addition, IR-1100 can be used as a highly effective scale inhibitor for sugar processing. IR-1100 acrylic homopolymer obtains the scale inhibition effect by dispersing calcium carbonate or sulfate in the water system.

IR-1100 acrylic homopolymer (similar to ACUMER 1100) is an ordinarily used dispersant. It can be used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cool water systems, papermaking, woven and dyeing, ceramic, and pigments. (similar to Rohmhaas Co. ACUMER 1100)

Usage:

When used alone, the dosage of 10~30 mg/L is preferred. However, when used as a dispersant in other fields, the dosage should be determined by experiment.

Packing and storage:

200L plastic drum, IBC (1000L), customers’ requirements.

Storage for ten months in a shady room and dry place.
