Aqueous Aispersant (IR-904), Aqueous Dispersing Agent
Properties:
The main composition of aqueous dispersant (IR-904) is an ion polymer. It can be adsorbed on microparticles’ surfaces, resulting in static repulsion, dispersing, and preventing sedimentation and coarse turn-back. In addition, the IR-904 aqueous dispersing agent is little foaming, innocuous, non-corrosiveness, and non-hazardous.
IR-904 is used as the chelant in papermaking coating, building coating, concrete retarder, water reducer, woven, and dyeing. Its performance can reach that of SN-5040. It adds IR-904 to the slurry during a grinding process of bolus alba, lime carbonate, pottery clay, titanium pigment, french chalk, barium sulfate, coal-water slurry, etc. The viscosity can be largely reduced, and the dispersed slurry is stable.

Usage:
A 0.2-2% dosage is preferred (solid/solid). The optimal dosage should be determined by experiment.
Packing and storage:
200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L), or as customers’ requirements.
Storage for ten months in a shady room and dry place.
